The purpose of this user guide is to enhance the user capabilities, skills and independence. The IT department is not responsible for training or skills development. 17. Domain Account Responsibility
An account may be named for a control room. The only condition is that the account is then linked to a person that will monitor the people accessing the account.
The same applies for anonymous accounts that are used to distribute information.
When an employee resigns we will disable the account, the next person to take from him/her should notify as soon possible.
