3 WELCOME TO OUR ISLAND You will be a given a Good or Service you provide to our island MANY are consumable (one time use) others last the entire game. There will be 10 Rounds in which you can trade, give, take, etc. other goods and Services (5 min. each…ish) Each round will have special rules and requirements for that round in order to survive Yes, you need friends, and they may help you, but ultimately EVERY CADET will need items of their own to survive. If you have no food or water when needed, you die. IF you die, your Goods and Services become property of CPT Curtis (And he may redistribute them)

5 Rules of Survival You will “Consume” one Food tile per round (day) (2 people CAN share 1) You will “consume” one Water tile for every 3 rounds (2 people CAN share 1) Some items you can hold and keep using (like shelter) but most you lose when they are “consumed”* Medical Services Are consumable Sick Islanders consume TWICE as much food & water. Sometimes it pays to PREPARE and not just SURVIVE… * There are some rare super-deluxe tiles in the mix as well, with special rules on the back of them

7 Prologue 5 Minutes to form any alliances, make anY trades already you think you may need to survive, and prepare for the Survivor Challenge

8 Consumed this round: 1 Food Tile
ROUND 1 – Hunger Strikes You work up hunger getting things ready on the Island. Any person without fish or coconuts is now ill unless they have medical care. Consumed this round: 1 Food Tile

9 Consumed this round: 1 Water, 1 Food
ROUND 2 – The power of H2O Any person without water is now ill without medical services (A coconut can count for water if you choose) Consumed this round: 1 Water, 1 Food

10 ROUND 3 – Crappy Situation
Any person without sanitation services is now ill. Due to diarrhea, you aren’t hungry. Consumed this round: 1 Food, 1 Sanitation

11 Consumed this round: 1 Shelter, 1 Pooper, 1 Food Tile
ROUND 4 – Home Sweet Home A storm destroyed many of the island structures. Sacrifice 1 Shelter per group, and 1 Sanitation. Any person now without a Shelter loses 1 square to the Elements Consumed this round: 1 Shelter, 1 Pooper, 1 Food Tile

12 ROUND 5 – Secure Your Belongings
A madman on a tank is robbing people on the island. Any person without Security loses 1 square. Those squares go to the person with the tank. (A castle works for Security) Consumed this round: 1 Security, and 1 Food Tile

13 Consumed this round: 1 Food, 1 Water, 1 clothing, (possibly Medical)
ROUND 6 – Cover Me Any person without clothing has severe sunburn now, and will die unless they have medical services (1 per person). (Fancy Clothes aren’t consumed) Consumed this round: 1 Food, 1 Water, 1 clothing, (possibly Medical)

14 ROUND 7 – Clean up your Act
Any person without clean water is now ill and will consume DOUBLE food and water here on out, and needs medical to survive (Shower CAN count for clean water) Consumed this round: 1 Food, 1 Clean Water, Med?

15 ROUND 8 – Too Much of a Good Thing
“Man can not live on bread alone… or fish.” You can get ill from only eating the same thing. At the end of this round if you don’t have at least 1 fish and 1 coconut, you will be ill. Consumed this round: 1 Food, Possibly Medical

16 Final round of trade… what do you “need” to survive?
ROUND 9 – Back to Basics Final round of trade… what do you “need” to survive? Consumed this round: 1 Food, 1 Water

17 Epilogue See who has AT MINIMUM Food, Water, and Shelter
Count up any remaining other tiles Determine Winner
