The group will then determine whether the presented requirement should be a requirement, or a non-requirement. Non-requirements are moved to the appropriate section (we track them to reduce rehashing old ideas in the future)
Pat Calhoun and Veerma Anantha will create the usage scenarios document (using TGk and TGs format). A slot in May will be dedicated to discussing this document. New requirements may fall out of this use case scenario document
The requirements document is expected to be completed in May
