1. CPL engaged in helping the users and general public to register for Tax Payer Identification Numbers (TPIN) online.
A legal requirement for anyone with a bank account or anyone wishing to open one.
570 citizens have registered since October 2017

Civil Servants and business community make use of the lunch hour to come to the library for e-services which include TPIN registrations, Creations, tax return submissions as the library provides cheaper and effective internet connectivity and computers.
