Moulten-Marsten 1893 - 1947 American industrial psychologist
Inventor of disc theory 1928, he published Emotions of Normal People DISC theory is a personal behavior description DISC is used by and for Persons; to know himself/herself better Industry; A way to screen potential employees Industry; A way to improve teams
