Article 5- Attending to teacher professional development 1.Public school principal contributes to teacher professional development, creates convenient, constructive and encouraging environment 2.Implementation of the first paragraph of this article is defined based on the following indicators: A)School elaborates teacher professional development program which corresponds to professional standard for teachers, to the scheme for teacher professional development and meets public school needs; B)In public school there is introduced intra-school assessment system focusing on teacher professional development
