Runprogram: Survey Report
All chambers (BPC and MWPC): distance from HEC known HEC1/HEC2: horizontal position: cm, in consequence ‘x=0’ at tick = HEC1/HEC2: vertical position: 8 mm lower, i.e. beam in ‘official 3D drawing’ in beamhut is up by 8 mm! May 1, 2019 CBTEC2 Run Preparation Meeting

Run: Status HV (after LAr filling)
Many problems with OPC server: few crashes per day, then difficult to restart, no read-out HEC 2: short in Mod#3 of HEC2, EST1 HEC 1: ‘sick channels’: Mod#1 and 7, LSEG=2, 1600 and 1500 rather than 1800 FCAL: ISEG problems (see above…), module replaced EMEC: tests underway using CAEN HV, plan to replace ISEG module CTC: OK May 1, 2019 CBTEC2 Run Preparation Meeting

Intercalibration of subdetectors!
Runprogram: Proposal Intercalibration of subdetectors! Grid of impact points for high statistics energy scans: electrons and pions (+ and -) at 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200 and muons (120?) in EMEC/HEC region and FCAL. Y=10 X=+70 X = - 70 Y=70 X= 0 X=+160 X=-160 EMEC/HEC Y=-150 X= ?? Y=-250 FCAL May 1, 2019 CBTEC2 Run Preparation Meeting

Runprogram: Proposal Signal shape studies EMEC/HEC: Scan around each ‘standard grid point’ with electrons (120) and pions (150/200) 12 points with Δx = 20 and Δy = 20 (up to ± 60)! FCAL: dito with 4 points with Δx = 60 and Δy = 60 ?? General running: 16 time slices and medium gain (or autogain) for HEC and high+medium fixed gains (or autogain) for EMEC+FCAL. Special signal shape studies: 32 time slices May 1, 2019 CBTEC2 Run Preparation Meeting

CBTEC2 Run Preparation Meeting
Runprogram: Proposal Try to get electrons directly into HEC to obtain αem : E=120/150 Stability Runs: electrons (120) and pions (150) at two EMEC/HEC and two FCAL standard grid points. Typically every third-fourth (?) day. Y=+150 x=+200 x=-200 May 1, 2019 CBTEC2 Run Preparation Meeting

CBTEC2 Run Preparation Meeting
Runprogram: Proposal Horizontal scans with electrons (120 and 150) and pions (120 and 200) and muons (120): EMEC/HEC Y=10 X = → +250 Δ = 10 Y=70 Y=-80 ? Δ = 60 ? Crack! FCAL May 1, 2019 CBTEC2 Run Preparation Meeting

CBTEC2 Run Preparation Meeting
Runprogram: Proposal Vertical scans with electrons (120 and 150) and pions (120 and 200) and muons (120): Scan with normal beam in small steps from EMEC/HEC until FCAL, then step back to EMEC/HEC and redo with wide beam and larger stepsize. X = 0 y = → +250 Δ = 10 / 60 X = +160 X = - 160 May 1, 2019 CBTEC2 Run Preparation Meeting
