2. Long Range Planning Initiative
The Long Range Planning process will facilitate transitions during congregational changes, reenergize POP members and facilitate recruitment of committee members and leaders for the congregation. The Long Range Planning process will lead members to a deeper level of commitment to the congregation and its future.

All three of the consultant’s felt we should wait until Gary’s retirement to engage the congregation in Long Range Planning activities
