1. To view and upload Inter-jurisdictional Audit Reports the user must be granted, at the minimum, Transmittal Level access to the Clearinghouse. Users Level 5 and above on may register new users for the Clearinghouse.

Here is what the search page for Audit Reports looks like. You have a few options to choose from when hunting down these reports. But the easiest way to get your reports is to choose Report Number 2. This will give you any Audit that affects your jurisdiction for a given month.
