11. Terms & Conditions:
Maintenance expenditure like damage to the hoarding structure and electricity bills will be the liability of Agile Advertising. Damage to the flex owing to natural factors or anti social activities will be the liability of the party concerned.        
Payment has to be made every month in advance either by cheque or any other electronic mode viz. NEFT/ RTGS in favour of Agile Advertising.
18% GST will be levied on the total bill amount.
1st Mounting expense shall be made free of cost provided the booking is made for a period not less than 6 months. All bookings that are made for a period less than 6 months will be chargeable as per display sizes and locations.
In case of cancellation of booking, minimum 30 days prior notice will be required. Further extension of campaign will require 15 days prior intimation.
All disputes will be settled under Guwahati jurisdiction only.
