1. The Florida Utilities Coordinating Committee was formed to:
improve the efficiency of operation, maintenance, and construction of utility and roadway infrastructure
through communication, discussion of issues, educational opportunities, and facilitating cooperative relationships.

2. The purpose of the FUCC shall be to promote:
Effective and equitable coexistence of utilities
Create a successful working relationship among and between utilities, and other entities, through coordination, cooperation and communication.
2. It is the intent of the FUCC to achieve this through:
Frank and impartial consideration of all matters
to participate, in the preparation of practices, policies, procedures and rules originating with governmental organizations that may affect utility work.
