You can get mental and emotional information from a variety of resources, such as professionals, programs, books, etc. Nowadays, the main source of information is the Internet.

The Internet can be a good source of MEH information, but it can also be a not so good source of information. Therefore, it is important to know how to find and use valid and reliable websites. Valid and reliable means factual and trusted

Use .gov, .org, or .edu websites. You can use .com or .net websites, but make sure you know who made the website or wrote the piece. Was it a psychiatrist, counselor, psychology, or someone qualified to truly give MEH information.
