Definition & Description of Career
Financial managers have a position tasks that are very important for the financial health of an organization. A financial manager has all types of different parts of a jobs most of there jobs are dealing with financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of their organization. A work environment financial manager in a finance and insurance in 29 percent, management of companies and enterprises in 12 percent, professional, scientific, and technical services in 11 percent, manufacturing in 8 percent, and government in 8 percent. Financial manager work with the top managers and develop the data that financial managers need.

Education & Training I have been looking at some of the colleges near me and around Tennessee. The only one that have interest me is Middle Tennessee State University. It has many different types of programs dealing with different education such as business, marketing, accounting, etc. To be a financial manager usually students get a bachelor degree and 5 year or more experience, but seek candidates with a master degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or economics. Also most of the time student get better on developing analytical skills and learn financial analysis methods and software.

In becoming a financial manager in the future for your career it a growing one at least 7 percent from In part of the growing their still a planning, directing, and coordinating investments, are likely to stay in demand as the economy grows. In United States remains an international financial center, meaning the at the economic growth of countries around the world will still be a growth in the U.S. financial industry.

Aptitudes and Values Required
Some of the natural abilities need for being a financial manager is critical thinking, judgement ,and decision making, writing, speaking, mathematics and many more, but mostly you need them all for this career also you need to have a clear mind and focus on what you need to do to be great in becoming a financial manager. Some of the personal values you need to be successful at your job and know what you doing, but most importantly you need to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, also pick the best people for the job.
