TTCL TIS POP - DSM TIS POP - Djibouti TIS POP - Marseille Sub-marine Cable Internet NICTBB - TZ IP/MPLS Core Tier 1 POP exchanging traffic with more than 122 other TIS POPs in 28 countries and more than 1,000 partners’ POPs world wide. Protected connections over sub-marine cables landing in DSM. Accessible by all neighboring countries through NICTBB; and all regions and districts through TTCL IP/MPLS Core – TTCL Broadband.
