4. Patriarchy
Literally, "rule by the father;" hence, any social or political system that grants privileged status to males and permits or encourages their domination of females. Most Western cultures have been, and continue to be, patriarchal in this sense.
The concept `patriarchy', while being vital for feminist analysis, has been criticised for not being able to deal with historical and cross-cultural variation in the forms of women's subordination.

5. Gender
The behavioural, cultural, or psychological traits typically associated with sex.
The sum of those aspects of personal appearance and behaviour culturally attributed to masculinity or femininity.

6. Crime
A type of behaviour that is has been defined by the state, as deserving of punishment which usually includes imprisonment. Crimes and their punishments are defined by laws and custom.
An act committed or omitted in violation of a law forbidding or commanding it and for which punishment is imposed upon conviction.

7. Justice
The quality of fairness. Conformity to moral rightness in action or attitude; righteousness; especially fair treatment and due reward in accordance with honour, standards, or law.
The administration and procedure of law.
Justice is not a new concept. It represents a religious view of crime by recognizing that crime hurts everyday people . Today when a crime is committed, the government views that crime as a breach of the state's law.
