Before we begin reading, let’s look at the “ten dollar words” in this story. 
Let’s start reading. As we read, determine who is telling the story:
* Is it a character or an outside observer (a narrator who is not in the story)?
* What is the “point of view” (or viewpoint)?
* Through whose eyes do we see this story?
