INTRODUCTION The costs of using firewood in traditional ways are growing every day. Fuel wood is the primary source of energy for households in developing countries. It is used mainly for domestic cooking It is for this regard the Multi-purpose cooker stove is designed and implemented 11/16/2016 By MUTSINDASHYAKA Jean Baptiste

CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION The quality and thickness of the insulating material need a review with a view to using a cheaper and more efficient insulator. Heat shields should be used below the charcoal grate so as to increase the heat transfer efficiency, if the air preheating effect would not be sacrificed. The distance between the charcoal bed and the bottom of the pot should be reduced in such a way that the combustion efficiency and heat transfer efficiency can be maximized The stove is recommended for small and medium scale agro based enterprises whose business entails processing both for local consumption and export, as well as other processing jobs and cooking. 11/16/2016 By MUTSINDASHYAKA Jean Baptiste
