Part 2 – Type of Books & Preferred Condition
Are you looking for Hardbacks, Linens, Paperback, Rebinds or Any books. What condition – As perfect as they come, something decent or anything going? After Part 1 & 2 we know the books we need.

Part 3 – Budget Do you have a set budget per month? If so we can work out how many books will arrive per month. If the budget is flexible we can calculate a figure that is best for the collector so they receive x books per month or per set period.

Part 4 – Examples Mr W has a set budget of £40 a month and wants to work back from 1964 so we look for a 1964 book around £44 to send in month 1, we send a 1963 £44 book in month 2 etc. Mr S has a set list, wants perfect books and although the budget is set at £60 he is happy to supplement this to meet his needs, everything is approved before it happens but he has received some superb books this last few months.
