Requires initial investment for improvement of coordination & technological infrastructure
RA concerned about slight decrease in 2012 of # of stations & availability of RA IV RBSN & RBCN
Due to close link, reinstituted joint RA IV Task Team on WIGOS/WIS

RA IV Management Group responsible for implementation; guidance from CBS & CIMO
MG/Task Team to identify regional requirements; identify regional gaps; continually review R-WIP
