Why Gestures & Body Languages Are So Important?
Gestures and body languages are so called the non-verbal language. During a conversation, it is more important then the verbal languages (more then 50%). Learn and understand each gestures & body language is needed.

Smile As we all know, the first impression is very important. 30 seconds can built up your first impression. Keep smile on your face become very important! With a smile, you look more friendly, kind, and give people a thought—You are a easy going person! Mona Lisa Smile

Grin When you are especially happy, you laugh out with a sound ”YEAH!”. And your teeth will be seen by others, your eyebrow will looks like a new moon. That’s how we call grin. This facial expression isn’t happen so often. Only when you meet something really makes you happy or surprised you then will you grin.

Palm Down When having a presentation or speaking in a meeting, if you see one were speaking with his/her palm down, it means he/she are asking others to believe in what he/she says. Speaking with palms down can gives you more confidence in your speech.

Stop Talking/No Way Palm out, with his/her head turned, totally not look at you. This means he/she is really don’t want to listen to you, don’t agree with your saying, and wants you to stop talking! This is a very strong and straight non-verbal language to stop one talking. And it’s kind of rude.

Cover the Chest Nest This is a very interesting movement. Mostly it released your true feelings inside. Cover/Touch your chest nest helps to comfort distraught, emotional disturbed, fear or anxiety. This movement is the same meaning with playing your necklace.

Nail Biting Nail biting is a signal of Insecure or nervous.
When facing huge pressures, one will start biting his/her nail or touching his/her chin.
