2 GOAL : To allow SU companies to promote their innovative ideas
To get in touch with SU able to bring us innovation to our business The perimeter is the ENCO operational area (see appendix for details) Total CENTRAL EUROPE HUB – April 2016

3 CONTEST : Total receive SU’s candidate profiles in each country/hub. One SU is selected Total invite SU’s to pitch The pitch consists in a 3-minute presentation by each SU + Q&A session. The 120 TOTAL executives attending the seminar will then vote for the best SU Total CENTRAL EUROPE HUB – April 2016

4 TIMING: By the end of week 17 (1st of May) dossier to be received
By the end of the week 19 (15th of May) selection of Best SU in the HUB By the end of the week 20 (22nd of May) nomination of SU’s and invitation sent BUDVA seminar in Montenegro (June 8th) Total CENTRAL EUROPE HUB – April 2016

5 WHICH STARTUP CAN COMPETE? :
SU less than 2 years old, with a business directly connected to ENCO affiliates SU objective: performance improvement SU planning to expand internationally SU able to pitch in English Total CENTRAL EUROPE HUB – April 2016

6 WHAT IS TO BE WON FOR THE SUS? :
For every qualified affiliate: Trip and accommodation to Budva (1 night)  Networking with TOTAL executives during Budva seminar Total CENTRAL EUROPE HUB – April 2016

7 FOR THE WINNING SU OF THE BUDVA COMPETITION:
Incubator costs for 3 months in the targeted country + participation to the trip and accommodation costs up to 3000€  In addition to this financial support, the ENCO affiliate in the targeted country will help the SU to build a Proof of Concept (and eventually becoming one of their first customers) Total CENTRAL EUROPE HUB – April 2016
