Default side margins Center vertically Block format means that all lines begin at the left margin. Open punctuation means Default side margins means Center vertically means ************* Click on Center vertically and demonstrate this function. (File – Page Setup – Layout – Page, Vertical Alignment – Center).

Interoffice Memorandum
Heading Attachment Distribution list Memos are used for communication within a company. Margins: Use default side margins. Use 2" top margin. Heading: Key the introductory lines double-spaced, in bold, ALL CAPS, followed by colons. Align the informational text in each entry. Attachment: Use this to indicate that something is attached (stapled or paper-clipped) to the memo. (If an item is in the envelope with the memo but not attached to it, it is an enclosure.) Distribution List: Indicates the recipients of the memo when there are several. Indent the list of names .5" from the left margin. Indicate in the TO: line that there is a distribution list.
