Be professional:
NO DEVICES
Appropriate dress
Communicate with your supervisor directly
Work - be an asset, not a burden.
Perform the functions listed in the Agreement or that are detailed to you.
But don’t always wait to be told what to do. Take initiative.

Provide you with knowledge and skills that will help you in whatever you choose to do after high school

Required Paper Work
Read and sign the Service Learning Agreement (must be turned in to me the day after you meet with your site contact)
Answer and turn in the Pre-Service Learning Questionnaire (today)
Turn in a written or video Reflection every 9 weeks (at report card time)
Participate in an Evaluation (at 18 weeks)
Complete an Exit Survey (at 18 weeks)
