2. INTRODUCTION
False prophets, apostles, and teachers have entered Christendom and the Church beginning at the end of the 1st century.
I John 2:29 gives us a ‘yardstick’ to measure true righteous actions.
Christ knows the righteous works of believers throughout church history. He also knows and evaluates the unrighteous works of both true believers and false (professing) believers.

They needed to repent and do the first works: loving the members of the Body.

Become more consistent in being spiritual, and demonstrate the love of Christ to one another
