180-day moratorium expires on November 6, 2011
Proposed ordinance extends moratorium for another 180-days to May 4, 2012
The City of Palm Coast will not accept or act on applications which are subject to this moratorium until it has expired
Moratorium will not affect existing operations or pending applications currently in the system prior to May 10, 2011

3. Internet Café Moratorium
Moratorium will permit staff to draft ordinance regulating Internet Cafes as directed by City Council.
Staff will provide draft ordinance at a future workshop.
