Detailed description of contract:
Bathroom adaptation works to provide level access showering facilities on behalf of homeowners qualifying for grant funded modifications to improve their quality of living.
User needs determined by Occupational Therapist, but generally to include wet floor shower former, thermostatically controlled shower unit, half height screens for assisted bathing, new sanitary ware and flooring.

Temporary services re-connected at the end of each day
