Effective leaders know their role(s)
Our biggest role is to serve (biblical call). Sometimes people have a desire without a direction. We want to create a team of students with specific roles, along with their strong character.

Student Leaders Roles:
Promotions Coordinator – in school relations, promote FCA awareness, team involvement, faculty relationships, invite others to FCA Event Coordinators – assist in planning fundraisers, guest speakers, FCA activities and events, service projects Huddle Captains – lead discussion, prayer, and/or teaching, keep Huddle focused Student Team Chaplain (for sports team huddles) – be example of Christ, involve FCA with the team, assist in Team Huddle, lead team prayer Other – please indicate on the application if there is another role you would like to fill

Promoting the Huddle There are many different roles a student leader can play! But, since the huddle is just starting one of the most important things to do right now is to try to tell people about it! Let’s brainstorm.

Interested? Apply! Week 3 is a Student Leader only meeting to plan/prepare the year. Week 4 is for everyone, to hear about the main message of the bible Rest of the time is to apply on the computers!
