2. Who are the CHATOS?
Dancing group that strives to support other organizations through the art of dance!
Family that dances ALL YEAR LONG – there is NO off season!
Group of young ladies with the goal of excellence in SO much more than just dance!

3. **TRYOUT CHECK LIST**
You must have an overall average of 80 for the 4th six weeks.
If you are ineligible, you may “observe” the workshop and tryout on FRIDAY.
No more than 3 days ISS, no suspension, or assignment to alternative campus.
Must attend 4 out of 5 days of workshop
ALL paperwork must be completed / turned in in order to DANCE!

6. CONSTITUTION HIGHLIGHTS
Chatos is a four year team
Grades: warning, probation, dismissal
Demerits: Please look over…. Removable/permanent!
Dancing: Chatos tryout for almost EVERY dance! No spot guaranteed…..
No Performance until balance is clear!
Financial Due Dates: May 8th & 24th (LPHS Chatos)
**Please include TDL# on all checks!

7. Let the Workshop Begin!
Where: Student Center (M-TH) /PEC Gym 5:00pm to 6:30pm (Friday)
What: Minimum score = 70; no set # for team
When: March 27th – 31st (Monday-Friday)
Wear: All Black (especially Friday), form fitting dancewear or clothing, jazz shoes or keds.
Hair: neat and out of face…ponytail preferably, no jewelry (Friday).
Make-up: Friday
Parent Pick-Up: in front of PEC
