3 ATMC history Established in 1990
Initially an informal gathering of TMC’s meeting monthly to discuss mutual areas of interest/impact Monthly guest speaker program commenced mid 90’s Members in Australia include all global and national TMC’s headquartered in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and in New Zealand

4 ATMC objectives Represent the interests and concerns of members to our industry partners Work together to ensure greater collaboration between major suppliers and TMC's in customer interaction Provide specific TMC related market feedback and commentary in relation to pricing regimes, and other tactics introduced by suppliers

5 ATMC objectives Effectively promote and provide information on the value proposition of TMC's to the corporate travel market Provide concrete information on the services and benefits provided by a TMC versus airline direct or other channel Promote quality and through collaboration seek to establish best practice within our industry

Estimated number of travelers managed by ATMC members 500,000 All top 200 ASX companies are transacting with an ATMC member

8 ATMC activities Monthly meetings comprising:
A briefing on industry matters, developments and trends and ATMC activities Input from AFTA/CAPA/ACTE guests attending 45 minute address from a keynote speaker who is typically a senior industry or related executive Sydney is main base for meetings however in the past at least one meeting held annually in Brisbane or Melbourne Two meetings held in New Zealand

Infrastructure challenges Traffic and access issues at key airports are impacting travellers increasingly and adding unnecessary costs ( missed flights, change fees, missed meetings) ATMC working with airports, and Governments to quantify hidden costs and business impacts and support investment in change Passenger experience at airports Congestion, at check in , security processing, other obstacles creating friction ATMC working with airports and airlines to streamline processes from frequent travellers

Streamlining business traveller formalities Australia/NZ ATMC supporting TTF and others in bid to introduce pre-clearance at both ends similar to US and Canada models Government imposed taxes impacting business travellers ATMC working with AFTA to strongly condemn proposed increases in travel taxes in NZ Building business relationships with UK following Brexit ATMC and GTMC actively discussing affiliation to facilitate collaboration
