3. Access the Scantron Performance Series lesson on your Student Planner
Next, access the Scantron Performance Series lesson on your Student Planner.

4. Read the material and watch the short training video in the lesson
Read the introduction on the first page of the lesson and watch the short training video.

5. From the second page of the lesson, access the Scantron Performance Series Assessments Data View

6. Acknowledge that you have watched the training video and that you will follow the Honor Code

7. Follow the link to the Scantron site and use the login information provided

8. Enter the Site ID provided to you in the Data View
Once at the Scantron site, enter the Site ID provided to you in the Data View and click “Next”.

9. Enter your student ID provided to you in the Data View
Once at the Scantron site, enter the Site ID provided to you in the Data View and click “Sign In”.

10. Confirm that you are the person taking the test

11. Choose the test that you would like to take first
Choose the test that you would like to take first. Both Math and Reading are required.

12. Continue to answer questions until you see this screen and your score

13. If you see this screen, it means that your test has been spoiled and you must begin again
If you see this screen, it means that your test has been spoiled and you must begin again. This happens if you have been moving too quickly or too slowly through the test., or making random answer guesses. You do not need to contact your teacher, however. Simply click the exclamation point and begin the test again.
