FIG. 1 Phylogenetic analysis of the CTX-M-15-positive Esherichia coli isolates (n = 14). Neighbour-joining tree constructed from the concatenated sequences of the seven MLST genes. Multiple sequence alignments and topology prediction were carried out with the DNASIS® MAX (Hitachi Solutions, Ltd., Yokohama, Japan) version (2003) program. The phylogenetic tree was resampled with 1000 bootstrap replications to ensure the robustness of the data. The phylogenetic analyses were displayed with the TreeView program version (Roderic D. M.
