CLCs collect, understand and use accurate and consistent data and information about the services they deliver, to inform their service planning and service provision decisions.

6. Deliverables
A CLC Data Consistency Guide: a set of agreed data definitions and business rules for how CLCs interpret the National Data Standards for Legal Assistance Services
A training program to embed a strong understanding across the CLC sector about the Guide business rules
Update CLASS User Guide, RMG and other CLC resources to reinforce and facilitate the usage of the agreed data definitions and business rules.
