2. He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. (1 John 2:6)

3. Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him. (John 8:28-29)

4. For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. (John 6:38) Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. (Matt 11:29)

6. Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. (Mt 16:24) For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. (Mt 16:25)
