What is the program? Who is the audience for MPP?
Individual coaches – You as a coach to clients/facilitators for protégés in the Leadership Development Program/you as a coach of your office team Any leader seeking to advance the productivity, results and connection to his/her team Any level of an organization looking to save time and energy by eliminating manual reporting processes *Ideal for the coach with an individual client or team member – especially a remote coaching situation – action items are documented and concrete, immediate accountability when need to record every item as complete or incomplete For development of inexperienced team members, team members who or struggling, large teams needing more direct interaction with their boss or remote team members – Direct feedback by boss on weekly action items and priorities selected with help the individual organize the right tasks for the right results – making them personally accountable for recording whether they completed the agreed upon priorities and assisting in self management of completing a plan and working a plan Because a coach can enable fans – a fan can review player’s game plans at any time and know on a weekly basis the action items completed for a team, allowing direct access to information which took time and energy to generate reports in the past © 2007 TTI Performance Systems, Ltd.

Step 1: The coach sets up a player and the player receives an email to sign into www.ttimpp.com
You will have the ability to set yourself up as a coach – allowing you to set up players who will directly interact with you with their game plans You will have the ability to set up coaches in an organization – these coaches will determine their own player rosters © 2007 TTI Performance Systems, Ltd.

Step 2: A player will complete 3-5 action items for the week, selecting an action type and a priority 1-2. Player submits game plan to coach. © 2007 TTI Performance Systems, Ltd.

Step 3: The coach reviews the plan and approves the actions or requests a revision of an action – with comments. © 2007 TTI Performance Systems, Ltd.

Step 3: If the coach asks for a revision of the action item, the player will be sent an and they will change the item and return it to the coach. If all actions were approved, he/she will also receive an . Your game plan needs to be revised for your coach.
