5 Observations and Comments
Under reporting—not just delays What is a reportable meeting? Wherever two or more members discuss IEEE business. If you submit an expense report. Joint meetings count but not for bonus. Common announcement, different report. PACE funded meetings are coded professional. Meetings category guide—Standardizes for CTS.

6 V-Tools Meetings Before using V-Tools, schedule your meeting, workshops, or other event and draft related MOU, Plan, and/or Website. Using V-Tools draft the announcement but do not publish. Compare with other planning documents and revise all drafts to agree. When all drafts are finalized, publish the V-Tools announcement. Use V-Tools for fee collection, sign-in sheets, and L31 reporting.

7 Reporting 2017 Officers Chapters on a one year cycle, changing officers this year, should have their nomination committees together by now. When elections are complete, names of the officers should be submitted of the Secretary for reporting up to SAMIEEE and updating internal CTS records. Please provide the name of the office and the new officer’s full name, IEEE member number, phone number, and address.
