2 Figure 1 Comparison of Replication Stress-Induced Chromosome Breaks at ERFSs and CFSs The difference in replication timing and the association with specific transcribed genomic regions are illustrated. ERFSs were found at regions that replicate early in S phase and are associated with early firing replication origins, whereas CFS regions replicate late and can be associated with intragenic, inactive origins and/or poor firing of dormant origins.
