Option 1:
Proposed resolution is to remove CF2.3, CF3, CF5, and CF24 from B.4.3 in Draft 2.0.
Option 2:
Need further discussion. Wait till the next recirculation letter ballot to submit a comment to resolve it.
Per the discussion in the April 12th teleconference call, we shall proceed on Option 1.
