Some companies prefer military experience DoD is the driving force behind the ‘proliferation of’ money pits (i.e. 8570) Women make up only 11% of the Cybersecurity workforce Many college textbooks are specifically mapped to certifications Critical thinking skills are gained through a degree Both degrees and certifications have limitations Certifications are over-rated Certifications get you through the HR screen Cybersecurity is a lifelong pursuit
