Steps
Sketch out your fruit/vegetable
Use a kneed eraser to lighten your pencil marks on your sketch
Think where your light source is coming from and your cast shadow? How will that effect your tonal values on your piece?
Test out the colors you want to mix on a scrap piece of paper (think about contrasting colors ((opposite colors on the color wheel) for a shadow))
Paint your fruit – starting with your light tones and working to darker tones
