5. TILL Support Options
Individualized Supports that don’t fit neatly into any one setting, but instead, are based on:
unique interests
compatibility
general functioning level
age
geographic considerations
physical ability
specialized needs
The end result is always a place where one feels happy and at home.

6. Shared Living
Provides personalized attention in a caring home setting as an alternative to a residential group home. Everyone is different and for some individuals, the best place to thrive and grow is in a trained, certified provider's home. Placement of one or two individuals with disabilities in an existing family unit. An assessment of needs determines whether such an arrangement is suitable or beneficial to the individual. Funding may be provided by public or private resources or through a cost share. Homes are located throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

7. Individual Community/ Home Supports
Provide individualized supports to people with varying abilities who require assistance to live independently.
Provide skill training while living with family to prepare for living
independently.
Support in skill areas such as money and time management, personal organization, medication administration, and meal preparation.
Supports can be provided in many different settings and provide opportunities to move to more independent living models as mastery in skills are demonstrated and needs change.
Services can be funded through public or private arrangements.
DDS funding is available for individuals with ASD.

8. Supported Living Option
Quincy CLO Apartments:
bedroom apartments
- Individuals demonstrate increased level of independence in completing routine activities of daily living skills
- Support Staff are available during high activity times and are scheduled based on the schedules of the people living there and the number of contracted hours available
- Can be funded with private and/or public funding

9. Creative Living Options (CLO)
- Support individual in becoming an independent active participant of his/her home and community - Promote independence in home management skills - Created to meet the individual’s changing needs, preferences and interests - Encourage relationships, social activities and a full quality of life - Can be developed in urban or suburban locations - Funding may be available through public or private resources or through a cost share arrangement. - Public funding is provided through Individual Home/ Community Support services and is NOT Residential Services funding - Each CLO is created separately to provide a living situation designed to meet the support needs of the participating group - Family driven CLO program models require a minimum of 1-2 years to develop due to the variables needing to be considered to ensure the success of the program

10. Creative Living Options (CLO)
Lexington CLO:
- Supports 5 people with Intellectual Disabilities
- Family driven development
- Home is owned by a participating family
- Individuals are funded with private funding and cost sharing with private and DDS support funding
- Individuals are able to complete basic independent living skills with minimum oversight. Provides staffing supports with a 1:5 ratio during evening hours

TILL, Inc. Innovative Programming Across the Lifespan
Creative Living Options (CLO)
Watertown CLO:
- 5 individuals with ASD requiring a structured daily routine
Individuals have basic skills but require support to complete tasks successfully
Program provides staffing supports of a 2:5 ratio during peak activity times for success
Program is funded with both private and public funding for staffing supports

Weymouth CLO:
- Supports 8 individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
- Family driven development 27 years ago
- Individuals have the skills to live independently in a group setting with supports- 2:8 ratio
-Encourages relationships, social activities and a full quality of life.
-Started as a privately funded home but is now funded through Individual Support funding by DDS,

13. Creative Living Options (CLO)
Residential support professionals with companion staff and individual support staff combine to provide the individualized supports needed for success. Minimum Requirements for Participation: Must be able to be home alone for up to 6 hours. Independently access the community Must be able to self-medicate with minimal supports Must be able to manage basic health care and routine medical appointments In some cases a live-in companion resides in the CLO arrangement and provides the "invisible net of support" which is so valuable for growth.

14. Cooperative Living: Individual Community Supports-
4- 1 bedroom apartments
4- 3 bedroom apartments
- 14 hours of shared hours of support by 16 tenants and live- in Building Manager
- Tenants are expected to demonstrate skills in all routine living skills independently
