2. It took us five hours to get to our destination.
Our trip to Kazan
On 26th, May, 2008 our class got together and went to Kazan. If you didn’t know, Kazan is the capital of Tatarstan Republic. It was 1000 years old last year.
We got up early in the morning, came to school and got on the coach. Sleepy but excited we set off. On our way to Kazan we sang songs, told interesting stories, joked. And of course we had a snack. You know, sandwiches, crackers, chocolates and fruit.
It took us five hours to get to our destination.
We visited Rural town, the Kremlin, Kul Sharif Mosque, took a walk along Baumann Street, went to the cinema, dropped in souvenir shops, had dinner in the cafe.
Do you think we fell asleep on our way home? No, we were sharing impressions.
When parents met us, we were very tired, but that trip filled us with great emotions!
