Unlikely: Be aware of this possible risk 3
Quite Likely: May result in a minor injury 4
Quite Likely: May result in injury without strict control measures 5
Very Likely: Could result in a major injury or fatality without
strict control measures

Assess the likelihood of an accident happening
How severe will the outcome of the accident be
Work out the level of risk
Is the risk worth taking? What control measures can be put in place to reduce the level of risk of injury
