Participant Services Web site Complete array of dynamic tools to help you plan your retirement On the other hand, through our secure web site, you can have access to a complete array of dynamic tools to help you plan for your retirement. To access the Participant Services web site, you need to sign in by using your user identification and personalized password, which can be obtained by clicking on the "Sign up" button located at the bottom of the screen, or by calling our Customer Contact Centre at (number appearing on the call centre card included in your enrolment kit). Through our Participant Services web site, you can: view your account balance and asset mix change your investment instructions for future contributions transfer assets between funds print a statement for a period of your choice print forms change your address view a history of carried out transactions Simple and complete transactional services Information on your account Changes to your plan
