What is the Flexible Pathway Initiative?
Flexible Pathway Initative (FPI) is a curricular initiative designed to engage pupils with education by providing them with a bespoke curriculum, whilst preparing them for a positive destination when they leave school. The initiative is designed to provide each pupil with a curriculum which will include classes in school, college courses and work experience. It will support each pupil, aiming to keep them in school longer by responding to their individual needs, delivering appropriate qualifications and building skills for the world of work. The program lasts for one academic year.
