5 Today’s Objectives After this session I will be able to:
Identify three tools for quality improvement Locate the QI toolbox on IPHCA’s website Identify the role of enabling services in supporting various initiatives such as clinical quality improvement, practice transformation, social determinants of health, and value-based payment. Explain the importance of enabling services data collection and documentation as a means to increase access to care, improve health outcomes, and promote health equity for your patient populations. Describe the updated Enabling Services Data Collection (ESDC) standardized protocol and how AAPCHO's training and technical assistance resources can help expand an ESDC initiative in your own community health centers.

6 Focus on Quality Data Review
Overall, not much improvement as a state from 2017 to 2018, however there has been a significant increase in the number of Look-Alikes during 2018 who reported during UDS 2018, so the denominators are significantly different from 2017.
