Several analyses of observational data have been performed to compare culprit vessel-only (CO) percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with multivessel (MV) PCI during the index procedure. Studies providing adjusted outcomes are shown. Adjusted risks were derived from multivariate models. Most of the studies defined multivessel primary PCI as the reference; two studies (Iqbal et al.26 and Santos et al.21) defined culprit vessel-only PCI as the reference. Short-term and/or long-term risks of death and/or major adverse cardiovascular (and cerebrovascular) events (MAC(C)E) are shown as provided by each study.
