We use comparative adjectives to compare two people or things.

3. Comparative Adjectives
We usually add –er to the adjective to form a comparative adjective and add than after it.

We change y to i for most adjectives that end in y.

5. Comparative Adjectives
We double the last letter for most adjectives if the second last letter is a, e, i, o or u.
