Rough guide to adding Time Off Entitlement

Select the Employee to be updated

Click on the Navigation button, Time and Leave
Click on the Navigation button, Time and Leave. Maintain Accrual and Time and Absence Overrides

Select Overrides

Select the correct Annual Leave plan to adjust

Add in the Number of Days the employee is entitled to
Enter the Start Date for the Entitlement Enter the End Date for the Entitlement Click on OK

Click Done to Complete the action

The updated Entitlement will show on the Time Off Summary

Click on the Navigation Button, Time and Leave, then select View Time Off Result by Period

Enter the Leave Plan and the dates to report on.
Click OK

The report will detail the amount of entitlement accrued, taken, carried over (if applicable) and forfeited.
