22 To “Login” simply use the same login credentials that you use for eBuy.
The first time you login you will be asked to accept the GSA Reverse Auctions Platform Terms and Conditions. Once you accept the terms and conditions you will only be asked to acknowledge them again only if they have changed.

23 Login using your GSA Schedule Contract number or your Open Market username and password you established when you registered for an Open Market account If you need to register for an Open Market account click the link in the “Open market vendors click here to register” note at the bottom of the login pop up

24 Enter your company information as well as establish a POC (we recommend this be a group account to ensure notifications are received) You can enter more than one NAICS code when you register just select a NAICS code, click the “Add NAICS Code” button and then select additional NAICS codes

25 Click on the “Auction ID” for the active opportunities you want to provide quotes on, or review your closed auctions status.

26 Submit questions directly to the Buyer from the active auction screen as shown here

27 Enter your quote information, how long your Bid is good for and any comments you want the buyer to see or use to help evaluate your quote.

28 Once your quote has been submitted the “Bid History” tab shows the details on the auction activity as well as the competitors current Bids.

29 Your Bid information is retained under the “Bid Tab” so you can quickly edit and/or submit new Bids
