Throughout the assessment, score each of the client’s responses for each trial within each of three presentation sessions. On the screen is an example of the data sheet you will be using during your assessments. As you can see, each items is written in a list at the top of the data sheet. Each item has a corresponding number that can be circled upon the selection of that item. In this example, during presentation session one, the client chose granola first, almonds were her second choice, cranberries were choice three, raisins choice 4 and goldfish cracker was choice 5.
